USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. PARTIES

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Atomics365 ("Licensor") and the individual or legal entity ("End User" or "You") that installs or uses the extension. By installing, copying, or using the extension, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

2. LICENSE GRANT

Atomics365 grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the extension solely within your licensed instance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This license is granted for Your internal business purposes and is subject to the usage limits (e.g., number of users or transactions) defined in Your purchase through Microsoft AppSource or separate commercial agreement.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Except as expressly permitted by applicable law, You shall not:

Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the extension.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension's source code.

Copy, redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the extension to any third party.

Use the extension in any way that violates Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) policies or terms of service.

Remove or alter any proprietary notices, trademarks, or copyright labels.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The extension, including its design, code, documentation, and all updates, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Atomics365. This Agreement is a license to use, not a sale of the software. All rights not expressly granted to You are reserved by Atomics365.

5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

Atomics365 may provide updates or patches to ensure compatibility with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central updates.

Automatic Updates: You acknowledge that the extension may be updated automatically via the Microsoft environment.

Support: Technical support is provided in accordance with the support policy published on the Atomics365 website or the AppSource listing.

6. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Your use of the extension is subject to the Atomics365 Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that the extension operates within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and that Atomics365 is not responsible for any data processing performed by Microsoft. You are responsible for ensuring that Your use of the extension complies with local data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Atomics365 makes no warranties that the extension will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atomics365 disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Atomics365 be liable for any lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Atomics365’ total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount actually paid by You for the extension during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. TERMINATION

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically if You fail to comply with any term. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the extension. Upon termination, all license rights cease immediately.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland (or your specific jurisdiction). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where Licensor is headquartered.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement remains in full force.
